“Art Heals” is not just a belief—it’s a lived experience.
Through years of artistic practice and deep personal transformation, I have witnessed how art—especially photography—can reconnect us with our emotions, soften our inner noise, and gently guide us toward clarity and healing.
I specialize in therapeutic photography, an embodied and reflective practice that uses image-making as a tool for emotional awareness and inner dialogue. My approach is non-clinical and rooted in mindfulness, visual perception, and creative self-expression. It helps participants process emotions, reduce stress, and restore a sense of presence and connection.

Research & Practice Integration
As a certified art therapy practitioner and current PhD researcher in therapeutic photography, I integrate artistic insight with ongoing academic exploration to ensure ethical, well-informed, and sensitive facilitation.
In my workshops, participants engage deeply with abstract photography, using light and shadow to explore and transform their perspectives. Each individual creates a unique image that reflects personal experiences, often imbued with philosophical meaning. This creative process allows them to release emotional tension and view their lives with renewed clarity, leaving the workshop feeling lighter and more centered. This journey through visual language not only fosters personal growth but also highlights the profound emotional and perceptual shifts that art can inspire.
